Our rig carries heavy equipment and requires extra fuel and travel time to reach outer areas. This small fee helps cover operational costs so we can keep bringing our premium spa experience directly to you.

If you and a neighbor in the same area book your dogs back-to-back on the same day, we are happy to split the travel fee between you!

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

As a mobile salon, our schedule is carefully planned to ensure we can arrive at each client's home on time.

When an appointment is cancelled last minute, it's difficult to fill that time slot or adjust our driving route.

No-show/Last-minute Cancellation:
No-show and last-minute cancellation may result in prepayment being required for any future visit.

If groomers arrive at your home and are unable to access your pet within 15 minutes of arrival window, it will be considered a no-show.

Groomers understand that emergency situations arise and will work with you on a case-by-case (but not on a patterned) basis.

Please be respectful of the time provided by Spiffy Mobile Grooming.

We are a by-appointment business and another client could have taken your appointment had groomers known.
A cancellation/no-show fee of full price may be applied at the discretion of Spiffy Mobile Grooming.

Fleas/Ticks/Lice/ Contamination:

Parasites are a health hazard to your pet as well to humans.We kindly ask you ensure your dog is free of any parasites before scheduling a service with Spiffy Mobile Grooming as we do not offer the necessary treatment needed with handling contaminated dogs.

We take pride ensuring our mobile grooming is always free of any contamination before servicing any dog.
If fleas, ticks and/or lice are found on your pet during the scheduled appointment with Spiffy Mobile Grooming you will be charged an additional fee. We advise you to take your pet to a veterinarian as a safeguard against their spread.

A $50 flea/tick/lice/

contamination charge will apply to service.
